Threshold is a place where the brain meets the body. If you’ve ever found yourself looking for the “thing” that will give you the answer to achieving your health goals, this is the place for you! Why? Because that “thing” doesn't exist! At Threshold, we acknowledge that everybody is different. The human body consists of 11 distinct organ systems, 700+ muscles, and 86 billion neurons. We’re born a certain way, and our environments also shape who we are and how we move. Even if we know these things, so many of us get lost just trying to find the starting line for our health. Every time we work together, you will be heard. No judgment, just a coach who will keep you accountable and help you provoke a sense of curiosity about your health. Both our Health Coaching and Pilates sessions use exercise science and neuroscience to build a plan that changes as you change. In Health Coaching sessions, you’ll learn about your body’s Thresholds, how to assess them, and why they play a crucial role in being able to stay consistent when focusing on your health. Our Pilates sessions are centered around helping you achieve both your short-term and long-term goals, using cranial nerve assessments and cues that are based on your body’s sensory system. You’ll feel results like never before. No matter how big or how small your goals are, you belong here.
